CAN I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE?
We only accept walk in orders, we do not process any orders via email or phone.
Due to the high volume of orders, the best way for us to get your order started is for you visit our store.
At that point, a designer will be happy to start processing your order.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
At ChinaMan we have a strict Proof Approval Contract which we enforce for all orders. This Contract states:
All customers are to check this proof carefully for errors, by placing an order you have accepted full responsibility for all error(s), misspelled word(s), or grammar. A Designer will not be at fault for any mistakes on paper after being filled out.
No refunds once merchandise is worn. To fix, replace or add to any order you will be charged accordingly.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We want to make our services as convenient as possible, and offer several different payment methods, including monetary bills, credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB and more*). We also accept cash. Sorry, but we do not accept payment via online or bank wire.
